Volunteering with Worcester Youth Soccer

Join the WYSL as we participate in the Worcester St. Patrick's Day Parade taking place on March 9th.  We need YOU to march with us as we promote WYSL.

For more information please contact Cara Davis at caradavis79@hotmail.com.

Worcester Youth Soccer League is organized, planned, and implemented by a group of dedicated and skilled volunteers, who participate in a variety of ways to ensure the League offers the best soccer programs for the City of Worcester.

Would you like to be a part of our volunteer team? There are many ways to get involved.

Coaches/Assistants: Coaches are volunteers who guide a team through practices, games, and the soccer season, and who encourage kids to have fun, and keep fit. The League supports an enjoyable soccer
experience, rather than a competitive one.

Not ready to coach? Why not help one, by becoming an assistant coach? We’ll do our best to match you to your child’s team, so you can have even more quality time with your family.

Worcester Youth Soccer needs volunteers for a variety of other roles, too.

Board members plan the season’s details, including team selection, schedule and permit organization, parent communication, and
trainings. Other volunteers help parents, plan and organize events, raise funds, and provide general assistance when they’re most needed.

Please review the list below for updated open volunteer positions. Not sure if you’re qualified?

To begin, we will first complete a CORI background check. This ensures the safety and security of our kids and our league.

Welcome to our league and our volunteer team! We are proud of the great work our coaches, administrative staff, and other volunteers offer to ensure great soccer programming for Worcester families!
