- Recreation Division (Grades PreK/K, 1/2, 3/4) – $ 110.00
(Fee includes the cost for a uniform, which consists of a jersey, shorts and socks.)
- Travel Division (Grades 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12/pg) – $ 120.00
(Fee does not include the cost for a uniform; If you want or need a uniform, please refer to the directions on the travel tab.)

- Financial Assistance – A LIMITED number of PARTIAL scholarships are available to families that demonstrate a financial need. Please download the Financial Assistance Form here.
- Forms must be signed and filled out in its entirerity in order to be considered for assistance.
- ***New Players***: Please note you must mail a copy of the child’s birth certificate for each player being registered.

- Registration for the WYSL TOPSoccer Program (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is done by mailing a registration form to the mailing address noted above.
- TOPSoccer Program is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any girl or boy, who has mental or physical disability.

Refund & Player Placement Policies
REFUND POLICY:
Full refunds will be granted to players who submit a written request to the Registrar by August 1st, 2025 (SPRING) or MARCH 15, 2025 (SPRING).
Any MEDICAL-RELATED withdrawals through the FIRST WEEK OF PLAY will be refunded MINUS a $15 Administrative Fee and MUST be accompanies by a doctor's note. There are NO exceptions. Please mail a copy of the original receipt to registrar along with the additional documentation.
